Tulemar VIP provides an online platform allowing users to browse, select, and purchase products. We strive to offer accurate descriptions and pricing, but we cannot guarantee that all information is free of errors. The availability of products may change without notice. The service is offered as a convenience to our VIP guests, and there are no additional charges for use of this service.

7. Prices & Payment Terms

Prices include sales tax (IVA or VAT). Payment for all orders is due upon guest arrival or delivery. Various payment methods are accepted including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are displayed in the currency of your choice, and any discrepancies due to currency conversion are the user's responsibility. Prices and currency conversion rates are accurate at the time of publication, but may change in the interim between the order date and the delivery date. Prices and currency conversion rates can change at any time. The final cost is calculated at the time of delivery and is determined by providers.

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Once fulfillment has begun, the order cannot be canceled. If you cancel after fulfillment has started, you will be charged the full amount. Due to the personalized nature of the service, Tulemar VIP is unable to offer refunds or accept returns.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. We are not liable for any damages arising from the termination of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tulemar VIP is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to the loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components like viruses.

11. Modifications to Terms
